Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, access times) automatically collected by the site's systems; data voluntarily provided by e-mail (name, e-mail address, phone, message content) for information requests, donations or volunteer applications.
Purposes and legal basis
a) website operation and security (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f); b) replying to your requests (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b); c) handling donations, 5×1000 and tax obligations (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c); d) managing members and volunteers (art. 6.1.b and art. 9.2.d GDPR).
Retention
Browsing data is kept only as long as needed for security (max 12 months). Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it; donation data for 10 years as required by tax law.
Recipients
Data is processed by authorised volunteers and by providers acting as processors (hosting, e-mail). It is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing. Any transfers outside the EU rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR) and withdraw consent by writing to evviva.odv@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
Images of minors were taken during public events with the consent of those holding parental responsibility. To request removal, write to the secretariat.
